  I began participating at Brain and Body in Wayne after a medical diagnosis and prescriptions for toxic medications that I was not comfortable taking. My physicians acknowledged that Tai Chi and Yoga could be tried as an alternative. Months later I am symptom free, healthier of mind and body than I have ever been and I attending as many classes as time allows. Equally important is the personal growth that I have achieved through gentle exercise, the peaceful environment and the nurturing that is provided during every class. Brain and Body has been empowering and life changing for me. Oh.......it's super fun too
