  I love the Palisades Mall in NY location, always a good time for us and the kids. They have great service. Avoid the Willowbrook Mall location in NJ. Waited over an hour for food along with two other tables around us. Wasn't until we said we were leaving that our food came! Very poor service in that location. Sad for it being new. I don't think they were prepared for the crowds they have been getting.
