  I know have had 2 children have very happy experiences with Dr. Song and her team. And it not that she is just an excellent orthodontist, it is from the moment that you walk in the office you feel welcome and at home, and that your time matters. I work a far distance from my home, so it is a time to commitment to get to an appointment. I have always been seen by a staff member within 5 minutes of signing in. When my younger son needs to come, he is entertained by the videos, games, and of course the snacks. Dr. Song and team could teach a lesson to other professionals on the power of customer service.
