  If I could give them no stars, I would. They were very unprofessional and unhelpful. They had 6 employees standing around and i was the only customer. Suggested I call customer service or go to another store because of a mistake another T-Mobile associate made. Instead of helping me with my issue as I was trying to trade in my phone for another T-Mobile one, they were more preoccupied about ordering pizza for dinner and the overcharge that would affect their store. I will never come back to this store. Ps they’re not a corporate store so they can’t do much for T-Mobile customers

  Worst store to visit! The employees would not bother to ask you to help ! You have to stand on their head to get help. Worst is for every query they would ask you to call customer service to get help.
